Reverse engineering for urgent repair

A steel and bronze component we were asked to reverse engineer

A local company needed a steel block with bronze insert for an urgent machine repair. Could we reverse engineer the component?

We manufactured both elements separately. The bronze tube was then precisely pressed into the steel block.

The process was finalised by machining the slot and refining the top face for optimal fit and performance.

This job provides a good an example of our ability to reverse engineer components, based on the sample provided by the client.

We are experienced in manufacturing parts from drawings or samples, so please give us a call about your requirements.
