Pulley pins batch machined in steel

Pulley pins machined at Westin Engineering

We completed a batch of these pulley pins in stainless steel 316 for a client in the commercial vehicles industry.

They were turned and milled using XYZ CT65 LTY bar feeding lathe. Milling was done with live tooling to machine the hex shape and the pulleys were finished with a natural look.

Being able to bar-feed, turn and mill in one machine saves setup labour, allowing us to offer competitive prices. We are glad to machine bespoke components in batches for customers, so please give us a call.
