Here’s another good example of our machine shop’s capabilities. This ball joint is one of a batch we manufactured for a client in the commercial vehicle sector.
It was turned and milled from EN8 on our XYZ CT65 LTY and then zinc-plated. The benefits of zinc-plating include corrosion resistance, enhanced durability and improved aesthetics.
It also provides a good base for future treatments or coatings for specific requirements, such as the prevention of chemical corrosion, salt water and so on.
