PRECISION CNC TURNING

High quality turned parts produced as one offs or in batches

Our engineers can produce high quality turned parts as one offs or in large batches for a wide variety of industries using high-precision CNC turning machines, including a four-axis lathe. We can turn shafts of varying widths and lengths.

CNC machining is highly automated, so consistent production is possible during and outside work hours. This flexibility benefits our customers by shortening production lead times and ultimately saving on costs.

We operate four CNC lathes. Two of them are are 4 axis CAD/CAM capable turning centres with live tooling, Y axis and bar feeds. Our 2-axis turning centre is devoted to a variety of lower volume and one off complex components. The larger flat bed lathe can cope with shafts up to 1.8 metres long by 350mm diameter.

Besides our CNC centres, we also have several manual lathes in our workshop, such as that pictured below, which is replicating a shaft. Reverse engineering of components is one of our specialities.

We regularly work with a variety of materials to produce complex parts for customers. Our engineers are experienced also in machining exotic alloys that include:

  • 316 stainless steel

  • Copper

  • Phosphur bronze

  • Duplex

  • Monel

  • Inconel

To request a quotation for CNC machining, please upload your files with drawings, 3D-models or sketches in any popular format. We will then be in touch to discuss the job.

We are always happy to discuss your machining needs or to examine samples. You can be assured of first class work and service to match.
